Director's Shareholding


The Company announces that it received notification on 10 December 2007 that on
that day John Sclater, a Non-Executive Director, puchased a total of 10,000
ordinary shares 25p each in the Company at the following prices:


            10,000 @ 227.00 pence per share


Following this notification Mr Sclater has an interest in 20,000 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 0.26% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.


Due to an inadvertent breach of the rules this was not announced at the time.
