Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 17^th March 2010 that on that day Mr James Cropper, Chairman of the Company, gifted 15,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Cumbria Community Foundation.

Following this transaction Mr James Cropper and his connected parties have a notifiable beneficial interest in the Company of 583,337 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr James Cropper and his connected parties also have a notifiable non-beneficial interest in 598,129 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.1% of the issued share capital of the Company unchanged from this transaction

The percentage calculations are based on 8,472,368 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
