James Cropper plc (the 'Company')
The Company has today been informed that a Trust of which Mr James Cropper,
Chairman of the Company, is a trustee and in which he has no beneficial
interest has sold 1,029 shares at a price of 210p.
A second Trust of which Mr James Cropper is a trustee and in which he has no
beneficial interest has transferred 5,833 shares to a third party for no
consideration.
