The Company was notified on 13 May 2005 by David Barry that, following a
purchase of 10,000 of the Company's ordinary 25p shares ('Ordinary Shares') on
11 May 2005, Mr Barry is interested in 254,500 Ordinary Shares representing 3.04
per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital. The Ordinary Shares are
