In accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, the Company has today
received notification from Calyon Corporate and Investment Bank that Credit
Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd has an interest in 267,500 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing 3.2% of the company's issued ordinary shares
capital.


These shares are or will be registered in the name of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Ltd.
