Crystal Amber Fund (AIM: CRS) announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021, along with notice of its 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be posted to Shareholders today. Copies of these documents will shortly be made available on the Company's website https://www.crystalamber.com/ .
The Company's 2021 AGM will take place at 10.00 a.m. on 22 November 2021 at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy following the instructions set out in the notice of AGM.
