Third Interim Dividend for the Year Ended 31 May 2022

BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC (the "Company") announces a third interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2022 of 1.55 pence per Income share (2021: 1.40 pence per Income share).

This dividend is payable on 8 April 2022 to shareholders on the register on 18 March 2022, with an ex-dividend date of 17 March 2022.

The normal pattern for the Company is to pay four quarterly interim dividends per financial year.

Including this third interim dividend, each of the first three quarterly interim dividends have been 1.55 pence per Income share and, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the aggregate dividends for the financial year to 31 May 2022 will be at least 6.20 pence per Income share (2021: 6.20 pence per Income share).

As previously announced, as a result of making the interim dividends of more equal amounts and the increase in each of the first three interim dividends, the fourth interim dividend is expected to be lower than last year. The directors will determine the amount of the fourth quarterly interim dividend when a clearer view emerges of income for the year.
