Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2007

The Annual Report and Accounts of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2007
(the 'Annual Report') and the proposed revised Articles of Association of the

The proposed amendments to the Company's Articles of Association will be
considered at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 21
November 2007 and are detailed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting contained
in the Annual Report. In summary, the proposed amendments would authorise the
Company to hold shares purchased by it as treasury shares and would increase the
limit of the remuneration payable to Directors of the Company.
