The Carphone Warehouse Group PLC ('Company')

Listing of Shares


The Company has made an application to the UK Listing Authority for 250,000
Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and for
them to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The application comprises a blocklisting of 250,000 Ordinary Shares under the
Company's Group Sharesave Scheme.

It is expected that admission of the shares will take place and dealings will
commence on 17th March 2008.
