Completion of Tiscali acquisition

Further to the Company's announcement on 8 May 2009, the Company is pleased to confirm that the TalkTalk Group completed the acquisition of Tiscali's UK operations on Friday 3 July on the terms stated in that previous announcement. 

The Company will include Tiscali UK's customer numbers together with TalkTalk Group's customer numbers in the Company's second quarter trading statement due for release on 8 October 2009.
