Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company received notification on 26 September 2008 from David Ross, a director of the Company, that on 26 September 2008 he transferred 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each (the 'Shares') in the Company by way of gift for nil consideration to The David Ross Foundation. 

After such transfer, David Ross holds 177,365,759 shares, representing approximately 19.40% of the issued share capital of the Company.
