Director Shareholding

Roger Taylor, Chief Executive Officer, yesterday exercised a total of 218,072 share options that were due to expire shortly if not exercised. He then immediately disposed of a sufficient number of resulting shares in order to cover the option cost and his tax obligations in respect of such exercise, retaining ownership of the balance of 30,006 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this transaction, Roger Taylor is now interested in 522,030 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.114% of the issued share capital of the Company.
