The Company received notice on 4 October 2002 pursuant to Section 198 of The
Companies Act 1985 that on 2 October 2002 Christopher Guy Johnson sold 1,250,000
shares in the capital of the Company as part of the 5 million shares he is
permitted to sell every year from 12 July 2002 until 12 July 2007 without the
Company's consent.

His total shareholding in the Company is now 74,295,864 shares, representing
approximately 8.855% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
