In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Custodian REIT advises that Ian Mattioli MBE, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of K3 Capital Group plc ("K3") on 11 April 2017 following its ordinary shares being admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on that date. 

K3 specialises in business transfer, business brokerage and corporate finance across the UK in the small cap marketplace.
