Issue of Equity
Custodian REIT (LSE: CREI), the UK commercial real estate investment company, announces that to satisfy continued investor demand, 3,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("the New Shares") were issued today at 106.62 pence per share, raising £3,198,600 (before costs and expenses). 2,080,000 of the New Shares were issued under the 9 February 2016 block listing of 10,000,000 shares with remaining 920,000 being issued under a new block listing which is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 22 April 2016, for which an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority.
Following issue of the New Shares, the Company's issued share capital comprises 254,242,071 ordinary shares.

Custodian REIT plc is a UK real estate investment trust, which listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on 26 March 2014. Its portfolio comprises properties predominantly let to institutional grade tenants on long leases throughout the UK and is characterised by small lot sizes, with individual property values of less than £7.5 million at acquisition.
