Withdrawal of Performance Fee

The Board of the Company has today been notified by CVC European Credit Opportunities Sàrl (the Investment Vehicle) that CVC Credit Partners Investment Management Limited (the Investment Services Manager) has waived its future right to receive an Investment Vehicle Performance Fee, such waiver to take effect from 1^st January 2023. The Board has also been advised by the Investment Vehicle that no performance fee has been accrued in respect of the calendar year ended 31^st December 2022.
