Change in Registrar and Updated Annual Circular

The Company announces that with effect from Monday 15 August 2016 the Company's registrar will be Computershare Investor Services (Jersey) Limited.

The Company also announces that it has updated its Annual Circular in relation to the Contractual Quarterly Tenders for June 2016 through March 2017, which can be obtained from the Company's website (www.ccpeol.com) to reflect the change in registrar, receiving agent's participant ID and receiving agent's member ID for tendering shareholders. A mark-up of the Annual Circular is available for inspection at the Company's registered office.
