Further to the announcement made on 23 January 2017, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces that the Realisation Condition for the December 2016 Tender has been satisfied and that the following tendered shares have been unconditionally accepted for purchase.

Euro Shares

Sterling Shares
