December 2017 Share Conversion

CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces the conversion of a number of Euro shares into Sterling shares (the "Conversion").

On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Sterling and Euro shares as at 30 November 2017 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 1 December 2017), the current conversion ratio applicable to a conversion of Euro shares to Sterling shares, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 0.861386 Sterling shares per Euro share.

The Company received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 4,354,779 Euro shares by the relevant closing date. Accordingly, an application has been made for the admission of 3,751,145 Sterling shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc. It is expected that such application will become effective and that dealings in the new Sterling shares will commence on 29 December 2017.  The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the Conversion will be announced shortly thereafter.
