Dividend Declaration and Termination of Scrip Dividend Scheme

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") has declared a dividend of £0.01375 per ordinary Sterling Share and €0.01375 per ordinary Euro Share.

The dividend will be payable on 29 November 2019 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 8 November 2019 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 7 November 2019.

The Board has decided that, given the limited take up by shareholders of the scrip option and the resulting relatively high costs of administering the Scrip Dividend Scheme, it will not be in the interests of the Company as a whole to continue to offer shareholders the opportunity to elect to receive dividends in the form of Ordinary Shares rather than cash.  As such, the Board is suspending the Scrip Dividend Scheme until further notice and all dividends, including this one, will be paid in cash.
