Dividend Declaration - Ordinary Shares

The board of directors (the "Board") of CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") has declared a dividend of £0.025 per ordinary Sterling Share (two and a half pence) and €0.025 per ordinary Euro Share (two and a half cents) in respect of the six month period from 1 January 2014 to 30 June 2014.

The dividend will be payable on 22 July 2014 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 27 June 2014 (the record date) and the corresponding Ex-Dividend Date will be 25 June 2014.
