Increase in Dividend Frequency

CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") has resolved to amend its dividend policy, such that the Company intends to pay future dividends on a quarterly basis rather than a semi-annual basis.

It is intended that the first quarterly dividend payment will be with reference to the quarter ended 30 September 2016.
