Extension of deadline to elect for January 2016 Ordinary Share Conversion

The Company announces that it has extended the deadline for Shareholders to elect to participate in the January 2016 Ordinary Share Conversion from 16 December 2015 to 18 December 2015.

Conversions will take effect on 29 January 2016 based on the Company's month-end net asset value figure for 31 December 2015.
