Issue of Scrip Dividend Shares

CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces that, following the admission earlier today of 314,613 ordinary Euro shares and 34,641 ordinary Sterling shares to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) is:

125,626,176 ordinary Euro shares of no par value

340,442,320 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value

Each ordinary Euro share carries the right to 1 vote and each ordinary Sterling share carries the right to 1.17 votes.

The total number of voting rights of the ordinary Euro shares of no par value will be 125,626,176 and the total number of voting rights of the ordinary Sterling shares of no par value will be 398,317,514. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 523,943,690.

The above figure (523,943,690) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company will also hold the following ordinary shares in treasury:

5,603,583 ordinary Euro shares of no par value (non-voting)

18,555,899 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value (non-voting)

If any shares are issued in the interim the Company will announce revised figures.
