The Company announces that on 25 March 2019 it posted to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, together with the Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at 7 Bond Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE2 3NP on 24 April 2019 at 9:30 am.
