November 2020 Share Conversion

CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") announces the conversion of a number of Euro Shares into Sterling Shares and a number of Sterling Shares into Euro Shares (the "Conversion").

On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Euro and Sterling shares as at Friday 30 October 2020 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 30 October 2020), the current conversion ratio, in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is:

1.181824 Euro Shares per Sterling Share; and

0.846146 Sterling Shares per Euro Share.

The Company received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 18,472 Euro Shares and 1,670,721 Sterling Shares by the relevant closing date. Accordingly, an application has been made for the admission of 1,974,498 Euro Shares and 15,630 Sterling Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Main Market"). It is expected that such application will become effective and that dealings in the new Euro Shares and new Sterling Shares will commence on 30 November 2020.  The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the Conversion will be announced shortly thereafter.
