September 2015 Share Conversion

The Company announces the conversion of a number of Euro Shares into Sterling Shares  and the conversion of a number of Sterling Shares into Euro Shares (the "Conversion").

On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Euro and Sterling shares as at 28 August 2015 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 28 August 2015), the current conversion ratio applicable to a conversion of Euro Shares to Sterling Shares, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 0.725824 Sterling Shares per Euro Share. The current conversion ratio applicable to a conversion of Sterling Shares to Euro Shares, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 1.377741 Euro Shares per Sterling Share.

The Company received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 250,000 Euro Shares and 370,000 Sterling Shares by the relevant closing date. Accordingly, an application has been made for the admission of 509,764 Euro Shares and 181,456 Sterling Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Main Market"). It is expected that such application will become effective and that dealings in the new Euro Shares and new Sterling Shares will commence on 30 September 2015.  The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the Conversion will be announced shortly thereafter.
