Completion of July 2014 Share Conversion

The Company today announces the conversion of a number of Sterling Shares into Euro Shares (the "Conversion").

On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's shares as at 31 July 2014 (and using spot currency exchange rates as appropriate as at 31 July 2014), the conversion ratio, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of incorporation, is as follows:

Sterling to Euro 1.264452

The Company received conversion notices in respect of 500,000 Sterling Shares, on this basis applications have been made for the admission of 632,226 Euro Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Main Market").

Application has also been made for the listing on the Official List and admission to the Main Market of 632,226 Euro Shares. It is expected that such applications will become effective and that dealings in the new Euro Shares will commence on 27 August 2014. Accordingly, the Company's issued share capital with effect from 27 August 2014 will be as follows:

225,643,998         Sterling Shares

213,558,309         Euro Shares

Euro Shares have 1 vote per share, and Sterling Shares have 1.17 votes per share. Following Conversion (which is expected to take place on 27 August 2014) the total number of voting rights in the Company will be announced on 27 August 2014.
