Further to the completion of the 31 December 2015 Contractual Quarterly Tender today and pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company"), notifies the market of the following:

As at midday on 12 February 2016, the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) consisted of:

163,671,338 ordinary Euro shares of no par value

272,144,296 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value

Each ordinary Euro share carries the right to 1 vote and each ordinary Sterling share carries the right to 1.17 votes.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 482,080,164. The Company holds the following ordinary shares in treasury:

63,513,844 ordinary Euro shares of no par value (non-voting)

636,527 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value (non-voting)

The above figure (482,080,164) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
