CVS Group plc announces that on 1 April 2008, Brian Pound, a Director of CVS
(UK) Limited a subsidiary of CVS Group plc, has sold 910,000 ordinary shares of
0.2 pence each at a price of 250 pence per share.


CVS Group plc was also notified on 1 April 2008, that Brian Pound's spouse
purchased 910,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each at the same price of 250
pence per share.


Under s822 of the Companies Act 2006 the notifiable shareholding is 910,000
ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each.
