Cyan Holdings Plc (AIM:CYAN.L), the fabless semiconductor company specialising
in the development of low power consumption, configurable microcontroller chips,
announces that it has been notified on Friday, 31 August 2007 that following the
placings of 53,300,000 new Ordinary Shares at 10 pence per share announced by
the Company on 31 July 2007 the Helium Special Situations Fund now holds
11,000,000 Ordinary Shares in Cyan. This holding represents 7.90 per cent of the
current total issued share capital of the Company.
