Cyan Holdings plc ('Cyan' or 'the Company'), the fabless semiconductor company
specialising in the development of low powered, configurable microcontroller
chips, advises that it will be announcing its maiden preliminary results for the
year ended  31 December 2005 on Tuesday, 21 March 2006.
