Completion of Acquisition of the Operating & Leasehold Interest in the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Dublin City Centre
Dublin, 22 November 2016 | Dalata Hotel Group plc ("Dalata" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the operating interest of the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, Burlington Road ("The Hotel"), in Dublin 4. Dalata has commenced operations in the hotel through a 25 year Operating Lease agreed with Deka Immobilien as the new owners of the property.
The Hotel will continue to trade as a four star property and is currently being re-branded as the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road. As one of Ireland's largest hotel brands, Clayton Hotels is a collection of well-appointed properties, renowned for offering a unique personality with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and superior service.
