Senior Management Appointments
Jim Flavin, Chief Executive/Deputy Chairman of DCC plc, today announces the
following senior management appointments to take effect on 1 July 2006:
Donal Murphy, aged 41, currently Managing Director of DCC's SerCom division,
will move from that position to become Managing Director of DCC's Energy and
Environmental Services divisions. He will replace Tommy Breen who, as previously
announced, will take up the position of Chief Operating Officer of the DCC Group
on 1 July 2006. Donal has been with DCC for 8 years.
Niall Ennis, aged 36, currently Finance & Development Director of DCC's SerCom
division (embracing the IT & entertainment products distribution business and
SerCom Solutions) will take over from Donal Murphy as Managing Director of that
division. Niall has been with DCC for 8 years.
Conor Costigan, aged 35, currently Finance & Development Director of DCC's
Healthcare division, will take over as Managing Director of that division from
Kevin Murray who, as previously announced, has resigned with effect from 30 June
2006. Conor has been with DCC for 9 years.
