(B)	indirect interest, held as a result of Mr. Kambourides holding a 75% shareholding in Dolphin Capital Holdings Ltd ("DCH") which holds 58,764,449 common shares through its wholly owned subsidiary Dolphin Capital Participations Ltd and Dolphin Capital Ventures Ltd ("DCV") which holds 50% in Everblue Holdings Ltd which owns 85% in Hallmark.
(C)	The resulting pro rata interest for Mr. Kambourides resulting from his 75% interest in DCH and DCV.
