Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for block listings totalling 389,645 Ordinary shares to trade on the
London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.
This application relates to the Company's Share Consolidation and the admission
of the shares is expected to commence on 30 July 2007.

The Block listings consist of 222,739 shares to be issued under the De La Rue
Executive Share Option Scheme/Plan, 54,164 shares under the De La Rue plc
Sharesave Scheme and 112,742 shares under the De La Rue US (2002) Employee Share
Purchase Plan.
