Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 175,000 Ordinary shares of 44¹⁵²/₁₇₅p each under The De La Rue Sharesave Scheme, The De La Rue Executive Share Option Scheme/Plan, The De La Rue US (2002) Employee Share Purchase Plan, The De La Rue Deferred Bonus and Matching Share Plan,  The De La Rue 2010 Annual Bonus Plan and The De La Rue 2010 Performance Share Plan to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.
