On 17 September 2020, Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC was notified by a Director of the Company and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities that he had completed the sale of part of his beneficial interest in Dechra.

Julian Heslop, Non-Executive Director, has sold 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following these transactions, Julian Heslop will continue to retain a beneficial holding of 6,000 ordinary shares which represents 0.006% of the current issued share capital in the Company.
