Board Changes

9th July 2012

Dechra announces that Bryan Morton, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, has today informed the Company that he wishes to resign from the Board.  Following discussion Dechra has agreed that Bryan will resign with immediate effect.

Bryan was appointed to the Board in January 2010 and during his tenure the Group has completed a number of material acquisitions, including the recent acquisition of Eurovet Animal Health BV.

The Board wishes to thank Bryan for his valued support and contribution over the past two and half years and would like to wish him and his family all the very best for the future.  A search for a replacement for Bryan will be initiated shortly.

With immediate effect, Chris Richards will undertake the role of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
