On 3 November 2021 the Company approved the grant of options over ordinary shares of 0.1p each at an exercise price of 30 pence per share to Mr. Shiv Rawal, Group Financial Controller and Ms. Fiona Joyce, General Counsel.  Mr. Rawal has been granted 500,000 share options, and Ms. Joyce has been granted 600,000 share options..
