                            Directors' Shareholdings



Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company'), the AIM quoted haemodynamic monitoring
company, announces that it has today issued a total of 416,095 new ordinary
shares in the Company to certain non-executive directors and certain advisors to
the Company at a price of 21.25 pence per share, being the closing mid-market
share price on 17 January 2006.



The five non-executive directors named below have elected to take shares in lieu
of a cash payment as remuneration for their services to the Company.  In
addition certain of the Company's advisors have elected to take shares in lieu
of cash payment for their services to the Company.



Accordingly, application will be made for these shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM.  The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the
Company and dealings are expected to commence on 24 January 2006.  Following the
issue of these new shares the Company has a total of 73,119,216 ordinary shares
in issue.



Following this issue, the directors' beneficial interests are as follows:
