26 November 2007 Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company'), the UK's leading
haemodynamic monitoring company, announces that Ewan Phillips, Finance Director,
has today notified the Company that on 21 November he purchased 50,000 ordinary
shares at 21.25 pence per share and that on 23 November 2007 he purchased 10,000
ordinary shares at a price of 21.17 pence per share.
Following the above purchases, Mr Phillips owns 977,156 ordinary shares
representing 1.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
