Result of Annual General Meeting
Deltic Energy Plc, the AIM-quoted natural resources investing company with a high impact exploration and appraisal portfolio focused on the Southern and Central North Sea, announces the results of the voting by poll on the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today. All resolutions put to shareholders at the meeting were successfully passed. The poll results were as follows:
