Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that the Directors have today declared a final balancing dividend of 1 penny per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 November 2021, to be paid on 1 April 2022 to shareholders on the register on 4 March 2022. The corresponding ex-dividend date is 3 March 2022.

This dividend is sufficient for the Company to meet the requirement to distribute at least 85 per cent. of its eligible income in accordance with Chapter 4 of Part 24 Corporation Tax Act 2010, in order to retain its investment trust status.
