Dewhurst Plc (AIM:DWHT) an independent supplier of quality components to the lift, keypad and transport industries, received notification on 24 September 2012 that following the acquisition of 7,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 September 2012, FMR LLC, the parent holding company of FIL Management Trust Company, now holds a total of 170,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.15 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
