                                 AGM STATEMENT

Driver Group, which provides specialist commercial and dispute resolution
services to the construction industry, will be holding its Annual General
Meeting today and Chairman, Michael Davis, will make the following comment:

'The last year has been a period of investment for the Group as we focused on
scaling the business for further growth. The benefits of our recruitment drive
to increase our fee-earning capability are now coming through in top-line
growth.

Current trading is in line with market expectations and I am pleased to announce
that we have recently won five further contracts in the United Arab Emirates.
These will help to underpin our expectations for significant growth within the
region, where we are establishing a rapidly growing presence.

As stated in the Group's Annual Report, with construction activity in our key
domestic and overseas markets remaining strong and our increased consulting
resource, we continue to regard prospects for the Group positively both in the
immediate term and looking further ahead.'
