                                 AGM STATEMENT

Driver Group, which provides specialist commercial and dispute resolution
services to the construction industry, will be holding its Annual General
Meeting today and Chairman, Michael Davis, will make the following comment,

'Over the course of the last financial year, we made significant investment in
senior level staff and in the Group's infrastructure. This has considerably
strengthened our consultancy capability and expanded our geographical reach in
the UK and internationally.

I am pleased to report that current trading is in line with budget. In
particular, the level of activity in London, Scotland and the United Arab
Emirates has increased markedly. We remain on target to achieve the budgets we
have set for the half year.

As I stated in the Group's Annual Report, with the anticipated increases in
construction activity in the UK and the UAE and the skills, capacity and
potential for growth within the Group, we view the outlook for 2007 with
confidence.'
