                                 AGM STATEMENT

Driver Group, which provides specialist commercial and dispute resolution
services to the construction industry, will be holding its Annual General
Meeting today. Chairman, Michael Davis, will make the following comment on
trading,

'As I noted in my statement in the Group's Annual Report, Driver's profile has
increased significantly following its admission to AIM in October 2005 and our
enhanced profile is already providing benefits in attracting additional clients
and experienced consultants.

Our new contract agreement in Abu Dhabi, which we announced in January, to
provide commercial and project planning services on one of the largest
construction projects in the world reinforces our view that there are excellent
opportunities for us in the UAE. This major agreement also reflects the high
quality reputation we have established in the UK, where our clients include six
out of the 10 largest UK construction companies.

In the Group's Annual Report, I also stated that the Directors believe that we
are embarking upon an exciting period in the Group's development and I am
pleased to confirm that trading in the first four months of the new financial
year is in line with budget.'
