                           Shareholding Notification

Following the identification of institutional and market demand for Driver
Group's shares, 2,686,636 existing ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') have been placed with institutions and private investors.

As a result, the Company received notification on 10 July 2007 that on 10 July
2007 the following directors of the Company disposed of Ordinary Shares at 110p
per share:
