Driver Group PLC (AIM: DRV), the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, has been notified that on 25 January 2022, Steven Norris, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Norris holds 343,062 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.64% of the total issued share capital.
